Management of ADHD typically involves a combination of medication, behavioral interventions, and educational support to help individuals manage symptoms and improve functioning.

Attention training involves techniques and exercises designed to improve attention and concentration skills. These may include activities to enhance focus, sustain attention over time, and ignore distractions.

Remedial training refers to targeted instruction and intervention designed to address academic deficits or skill gaps. It aims to provide additional support and instruction to help individuals catch up to their peers in areas where they are struggling.

Counselling, or talk therapy, involves a supportive and confidential relationship between a therapist and client to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Counselling can help individuals gain insight, cope with challenges, and make positive changes in their lives.
